Any invoices with a value of $10.00 or less will be forfeited if not picked up. You will still be responsible for the invoice unless you've made arrangements for us to move the order (fee will apply). For all other missed pickups, a Convenience Fee will be added to all invoices we have to move or store in our warehouse due to missed pickup - NO EXCEPTIONS. The fee will range from $5.00 to $25.00, based on order size. You will still need to make arrangements to pick up those items at our next scheduled warehouse sale to avoid forfeiture. Over the last few months, missed pick ups have become more prevalent and problematic, with over 50 missed pick ups per sale. With our reduced storage space and the fact it takes us a half a day of labor and moving, it's forced us to enforce this policy.
